Delete in the app

The fastest way to delete your ModoSnap account will be inside the app once account features are live: Settings → Delete account.

Manual deletion request

If app deletion is unavailable, email info@noblemanlabs.org from the email address linked to your ModoSnap account and request deletion manually.

Include the email address used for ModoSnap.
Do not include payment card details.
We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.

What may be removed

Your authentication account, backend account record, profile data, saved content, and product-specific data associated with ModoSnap, subject to legal retention obligations.
