Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service are a legally binding agreement governing access to and use of ModoSnap, modosnap.app, related applications, websites, subscriptions, communications, and support services.

ModoSnap is owned by Nobleman Labs.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you create an account, you are responsible for accurate information, secure credentials, and activity under your account.

3. The Services

ModoSnap provides AI-generated style suggestions, visual previews, item names, and shopping-discovery links. Outputs may be inaccurate, unavailable, or unsuitable for a specific person, event, climate, store, or budget, and are not professional fashion, health, safety, or legal advice.

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

4. User content and feedback

You retain rights you may have in content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and use that content as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Services. Feedback may be used without restriction or obligation to you.

5. Paid services

ModoSnap offers optional paid subscription plans and one-time credit packs. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same length and price shown at purchase until cancelled, unless the listing states otherwise. Billing, pricing, currency, trials, and renewal are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their own terms, using the payment method on file with that store.

Cancel anytime from your Apple Account or Google Play subscription settings; access continues until the end of the paid period already purchased. Unless required by law or platform policy, fees already charged are not refundable. Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
